    Promotional 3D animation for PCB Canada.

    In this project, our team at 3dplusy.com, in collaboration with Pacific Custom Builders from Canada, designed and produced a professional 3D promotional animation. The goal of this animation was to introduce the company’s building renovation services and showcase their capabilities in the construction industry.

    Using the powerful Unreal Engine, we were able to create a realistic environment with cinematic camera movements to provide an engaging and impactful experience for the audience. The scene design, 3D character modeling, and architectural elements of the project were carried out with high precision and detail to deliver quality on par with international productions.

    One of the standout features of this project is the accent-free English voiceover provided by our professional voiceover team, which has significantly helped in better conveying the brand’s message.

    Project execution steps

    01.

    Research and planning.

    At this stage, the company's needs were analyzed, and the advertising goals were defined. A semi-narrative script was created to showcase the restoration services, and two main characters were developed.

    02.

    3D character design and modeling.

    The design team used Clo3D to create realistic and appropriate clothing and fabrics for both characters. Then, the 3D modeling of the characters was meticulously carried out with attention to detail.

    03.

    Animation simulation in Unreal Engine.

    After preparing the characters and environment, animation began in Unreal Engine. Cinematic cameras were set up to showcase the details of the company's services in the form of a short narrative.

    04.

    Editing and visual effects.

    The animation was transferred to After Effects for the application of visual effects and final corrections. Lighting and color grading effects were used to enhance the overall appeal of the animation.
